Returns & Refunds – Forge Forward Policy

Thank you so much for supporting Forge Forward! We hope you love what you’ve chosen. Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

1. All Sales Are Final
Each item is created and packed with intention, so we ask that you choose thoughtfully—we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or something’s not right, let us know within 7 days of receiving it.

The best way is to send us an email with a clear photo of the issue and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

3. Shipping Issues
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or not being picked up in time, we can resend it—but you’ll need to cover the additional shipping cost.

If a parcel is lost due to an address error made during checkout, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

4. Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 week, unless otherwise stated

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

5. International Orders & Customs Fees
International customers, please be aware that your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are not included in your order and are your responsibility.
