Processing Times
Each order is packed with care and intention. Please allow up to 1 week for your items to be processed and shipped.

Shipping Times

• Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks once shipped within Australia.
  
• Please allow 3–5 weeks, depending on your location and local postal services outside of Australia.
  

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey. Keep an eye on the updates—especially for international orders, as timelines can vary.

Lost or Returned Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or not being collected in time, we’re happy to resend it—but a second shipping fee will apply.

If the address you entered was incorrect and the parcel goes missing, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund.

Import Duties & Taxes
For international customers: your country may charge import taxes or customs fees. These are not included in your order and are your responsibility as the buyer.
